Kc Web Geeks is going to be headed to the BarCampKc. What is a BarCamp you ask? Well it actually does not have anything to do with a Bar. According to Wikipedia a BarCamp is
An international network of user generated conferences — open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by participants — often focusing on early-stage web applications, and related open source technologies, social protocols, and open data formats.
BarCampKC is May 9th - 10th 2008. It is being hosted at the Ad Astra offices in Overland Park

fastboyent.com redesign was scheduled to launch April 1st however the client has been very busy with photo shoots that he wanted to hold off on the launch until he was able to send me the latest photos he had shot. More to come …

Kc Web Geeks is partnering with NMTeck are joing forces on a super secret project. I really can not give out much in the way of details. However the url for the project will bekansascitybands.net.
Also Kc Web Geeks is working with Sweet Spot Marketing on an upcoming project.

I was on Google maps today and decided to see who all was listed for web development and there we were, KC Web Geeks.

The site is coming along very nicely and the client is very happy with the overall site design and functionality. We are currently looking at an April 1st Launch.
